What are your weekly goals?
It's not always easy gathering our thoughts together, one at a time, but when you can master doing this you will feel your life slowly getting in order...
Setting weekly goals is important for you and your mental physical health, believe me! It's important to stay busy and fulfil lifes purposes BUT also remember to take time out, if you have back to back meetings, schedule in a 'me time', yes this is part of your to do list!!
Double booked again? Forgotten that thing you was going to pick up last week... Write it all down! A note pad and pen or the reminder in your phone can be your bestfriend if you give it a chance.
Lastly remember in all this hectic life, the small things like waking up and brushing your teeth count too. These are all steps to being more mindful and present which can set you up for the rest of your day, week, month, year! :)
