Mindful Excercise  

Whether you're exercising in the gym or in your local park, it is a great opportunity for you be present. It's your time and this is you working on yourself, make sure you dedicate a time for this each week.

 

Exercising in the park is great for nature and serenity all around you, you can really breathe in the air, clear your mind, feel grounded and in some ways free!

 

The gym is great because it gives you that energy release, a lot of which people yearn for... This can be a social thing or something you do by yourself. If you go alone you can really pay attention to each move and focus on the workout at hand.
